We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Design Approval Process
Before production, customers receive a design proof for approval.
By approving the design, you:
- Confirm that all details are correct
- Accept the final design and layout
- Authorize us to proceed with production

- The order is considered final
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated).
We reserve the right to:

- Modify or discontinue products without notice
Payment must be completed before production begins.
5. Production & Delivery
All products are made to order.
- Production timelines are estimates
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processes
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- All custom orders are non-refundable after design approval
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made items
Exceptions apply only in cases of:
- Defective products
- Damage during delivery
- Errors not matching the approved design

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for:
- Approved custom designs
- Orders produced according to approved proofs
- Shipping delays outside our control
In case of disputes, we reserve the right to provide:

- Order confirmations
- Production and shipping records
