How the Order Process Works

After placing your order, you will receive a short form to submit your medal personalization details.
✅ Design Mockup
We create a digital mockup based on the information you provide.
At this stage, changes and adjustments can still be made.
✅ Mockup Approval
You will receive the mockup for review.
Please check all text, spelling, names, dates, numbers, and layout carefully.
Once the mockup is approved, the design is considered final.
✅ Production
After approval, production begins.
As all medals are custom-made, no further changes or corrections can be made once the mockup has been approved.
✅ Shipping
After production, your order is shipped to the address provided.
Tracking information will be shared when available.
✅ Processing Time
- Standard production: 10–14 business days after mockup approval
- Rush orders: available for an additional fee
❗ Important Notes
- All medals are custom products
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen and material differences
- By approving the mockup, you confirm that all details are correct
Mockup Approval
Before production, we will send you a digital mockup for approval.
Please review it carefully, including all text, names, dates, numbers, and design details.
Once the mockup is approved, it is considered final.
After approval:
- production begins immediately
- no further changes or corrections can be made
Returns & Refunds
All BirthdayRun medals are custom-made and personalized.
For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for approved custom orders.
We will replace the product at our expense only if:
- the final product differs from the approved mockup due to our error
- the product arrives damaged during transportation
If this happens, please contact us within a reasonable time and include clear photos of the issue.
Refunds or replacements are not available for:
- spelling mistakes or incorrect information approved in the mockup
- design changes requested after approval
- changes in personal preference
- delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

We design and manufacture medals for birthday runs, sports races, team and club achievements, corporate challenges, school competitions, and charity events. From single custom medals to full event series, every order is produced with the same level of precision, care, and responsibility.
